General Size Guide - Womens Shoes

STEP 1. Check out the shoes already in your wardrobe .. if most of them are one size, you'll more than likely be that size in she wear too.

STEP 2. Read the Size & Fit Information tab on the style you are eyeing off. We share our expert tips there on width and fit for total peace of mind purchasing (length is only half the story!). Keep in mind if your shoes are a men's fit - that's a completely different sizing system.

STEP 3. Have a mix of shoe sizes? Measure the length of your foot and compare it to the chart below. Full Description

Work boots have to fulfill ALOT of different needs, various jobs and distinct foot types. So we looked at what was missing from ladies work boots, and built a boot that does what others don’t - a female specific wide fitting. Meet the Does. She’s a one-of-a-kind, offering multi functional features to suit the woman with a wider foot or a higher arch.

So let’s chat about fit. A wider toe box and roomy upper design means she works well with wide feet. The extra wide tongue opening means she's easy to open and loosen, which widens the access for a broad foot or high arch. The lower cut ankle naturally provides a wider opening when pulling on your boots. However you still need a narrower, firm heel counter to suit a female foot shape and this offers you correct support, stability and balance - something a man's boot won't offer you. Just cos you've got a wider than average woman's foot, doesn't mean you should be wearing a man's boot.

At work, she’s tick approved for regular bending or crouching, thanks to the tapered cut, hiker ankle. She’s also a safety certified steel cap and super powered with style - sophisticated for slacks or cool for cargoes, Does pair well with hard working outfits.

This style is a larger fit and is designed to cater for a wide foot so there's no need to size up.

Care & Cleaning

Regular care of your shoes and boots has multiple advantages. 

It will give you maximum footwear performance, will keep your shoes in top-top condition to ensure proper support and comfort (and not to mention safety), and will extend the lifespan of your shoes.

TO CLEAN NUBUCK LEATHER FOOTWEAR

Gather Materials: Nubuck brush, cleaner, clean cloth, waterproofing spray and bowl of water.
Brush off dirt: Use a nubuck brush to gently remove surface dirt and dust.
Spot clean: Dampen a cloth with water and lightly dab any spots.
Apply cleaner: Follow the product instructions to apply a nubuck/suede specific cleaner (do not over saturate).
Brush again: After the cleaner has dried, use the nubuck brush to restore the nap.
Remove stubborn stains: For tough stains, use a nubuck eraser or a specialised nubuck cleaning block.
Dry properly: Allow the shoes to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat.
Protect: Once dry, apply a waterproofing spray to shield against future stains and water damage (and help lock the colour in!).
Condition (optional but highly recommended): Use a nubuck conditioner to maintain the leather's suppleness, especially if you do wear your shoes in a harsh outdoors environment.
Store correctly: Store shoes in a cool, dry place.

Always ensure the products you are using are suitable for nubuck or suede (napped) leathers.

    I just bought my 2nd pair of work boots.

    I just bought my 2nd pair of work boots. I work for one of the supermarkets in the deli, loading trucks, on the floor, lots of walking, bending - and walking into heavy metal things. These have saved my feet many times over and they did last about just over two and half years! They started to go moldy (yes kept cleaned I'd imagine combination of temperature and food I work with over time engrained into the leather) leather tearing, but they have well and truly been worth the investment, and the new pair fit instantly comfy! Thank you for standing by me on my 9hr shifts love your work! (Recently got a Chelsea pair of boots for the farm work shall see how they go!)

    My Fav work boots

    I had a previous pair of these that lasted years after a constant beating in the wild outdoors while working and my new pair seems to be even better! I use my special insoles and combined together, my feet stay warm, dry, protected and not in pain after a long day! Highly recommend them especially if you work outdoors in all weather. Not too heavy or clunky either.

    Fantastic! I love them!

    So comfortable and they fit orthotics perfectly! Beautiful colour, is what I hear all the time at work. So I don't think I'll the only person at work with beautiful work boots for long.
